We caught up with Sadhna Chaman and here’s what she had to say!
I am a registered Homeopath, Reflexologist and Reiki Master working in the West London area.
My aim is to help you achieve your health goals, by addressing the emotional and physical blocks that may be preventing you from getting there. Most of the clients I see are women experiencing changes in their body which often are related to either the stage they’re at in their life or the challenges that life throws at them, quite often a combination of both!
With children I help mainly those suffering from asthma, eczema, hayfever and those diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum which is one of my specialist areas.
The clients I work with are important to me, we’re on a journey together. The satisfaction I receive is two fold – I’m following my heart and doing what gives me the most pleasure in life and also making a difference to other people’s lives by shifting their emotional and physical health to a higher level. The best bit is I’m doing this naturally by kick starting their own healing capacity – I believe that everyone has the ability to do that, sometimes we just need a helping hand.
That’s exactly how I see my role.
What inspires you?
Doing good inspires me to do better. I gain a lot of inspiration and energy through meditating and following some really wonderful people out there who have made a real difference in the world such as Deepak Chopra and the late Wayne Dwyer.
What is your message to the AWMB community?
Live each day to the max, follow your heart and treat yourself as you would your best friend – love yourself first and foremost!
Tell us something that would surprise us about you.
When I was around 7 years old I entered a competition to win a Sindy doll and her complete house and furniture, this appeared on the back of Kelloggs Cornflakes cereal box. I still have the whole entire collection (worth £100 in the 70s) and have saved it for my grand children to play with one day!
