What inspires you?

I am greatly inspired by my teachers, those who have helped me to expand my mind by challenging me to think beyond the line. My teachers have taken different forms in my life, from my clients who I see at my practice, to those who have taught me academically, and of course people who have shared a journey with me. I am humbled by the many life stories I hear on a daily basis and this fuels my inspiration further. I have also found great inspiration from the arts, reading philosophy and travel.

What’s your message to the AWMB community?
In short, when you find your purpose in life and work on it, the universe will greet you with a plethora of opportunities. If you haven’t found ‘your thing’ yet – don’t give up, rather than asking everyday ‘when will I find my purpose?’ distract yourself with other meaningful pursuits while your other than conscious finds a way to whisper it in your ear. In other words, you don’t need to push to find your purpose, it will come to you when you are ready!

Tell us something that would surprise us about you?
I was once told that I don’t have the right voice to get any kind of work!
