About Me
I’m guessing if you are reading this you already know me a little, but here’s a quick bit about me…I am Rupinder Kaur, the award-winning founder of Asian Women MEAN Business. A British Asian woman who has traversed both corporate and entrepreneurial landscapes, I’ve experienced the highs and lows firsthand. My journey has fuelled my passion for helping Asian women unlock their silent strength, enabling them to realise their full potential.
With over eighteen years of expertise in human resources, psychology, coaching, and mentoring, I draw upon a wealth of knowledge and tools to empower women. I understand the unique challenges faced by working mothers, having navigated them myself as a proud mother to Daya and Sahib. Motherhood reshapes one’s identity and aspirations, and I strive to support women in this transformative journey.
In January 2020, I was honoured to be invited and accepted into the Forbes Coaches Council. This recognition further validates our commitment to empowering women and driving positive change in our communities.

£1500 pay in full and includes lifetime access to Inspire Club
Or £650 per month for 3 months and 6 months access to Inspire Club
You get
- A 80 minute introductory session so we can clarify and delve deeper into what you want to achieve, why it’s important to you, and how we can tailor our approach to align with your aspirations and motivations.
- Your 90-Day Plan: At our kick-off session, we’ll work out your goals and create the roadmap for our time working together to bring these to life and you’ll leave with clarity on your 90-day plan and our objectives.
- Ongoing support & Strategy As You Implement: After our kick-off session, we’ll have a further 6 x 1-hour 1:1 strategy calls, held over Zoom, which can be taken over the following 12 weeks so that I can support you every step of the way and we can fine-tune your actions and results as we go.
- Advice on the go, as you need it: As well as our calls, you’ll have Whatsaap access to me (office hours) for the duration of our time working together. This allows us to exchange voice notes, messages so I’m in your back pocket when you need a quick bit of advice and support
