Through my words, some of you have given me the honour to share your stories. People underestimate the power that raw words have, yet stories, are what bring colour, emotion and the authenticity to life itself. Thank you to you all for accepting me wholeheartedly and an even massive thank you to Rupinder for letting me find my voice, working with AWMB in the past year has been monumental.
I am so grateful to her for opening her home and life to me, but even more grateful for trusting me with AWMB. Rupinder is one of the most unique women I have ever met. She is a great role model and mentor and deserves all the great things she is destined for in this decade. I mean we are not even halfway through January yet and she has already been invited to join Forbes Coaches Council. Oh, and did I forget to mention she is the only British Asian woman on this panel… talk about repping it for us. If there ever was a community to run to, to find solace and clarity AWMB would be the place I would come.
The unity, strength and courage that you all have been inspiring. Seeing women support women in such a compassionate and natural way has been refreshing. My first Ignite workshop was enlightening, I have never experienced such energy or emotion in one space. The instant connection which was felt in a single second between all of these AMAZING women was mind-blowing. What was even more boggling was that these women were all strangers, with NO connection with each other at all but ready to listen and help one another. Some of these women who I have connected with, whether that be at the workshops or via social media; are some of the strongest women I have ever met. If I was to ever go through some of the things they have, I hope and pray I have half of the courage and determination they do.
Being a part of such workshops isn’t one of those things you do and forget, it will always resonate with you. From the constant support network of all the amazing ladies in that workshop to actually seeing the changes which you planted the seed for. If you are lost, need some clarity in your life or even if you just need to talk. I would highly recommend getting in touch with AWMB to either participate in the workshops or sign up to a power hour with Rupinder.

My last question to you all is, what is your goal for this year? What is the change you want to see? My personal goal is to make voices be heard, get stronger and fitter (eventually have my boxing fight this year) and enjoy the basic moments in life. What are yours? Just remember, of course we all make mistakes- but the biggest one in life would be not to try.
