It’s an afternoon to catch up, meet other women and celebrate the year together. Whether you’re already part of our community or joining us for the first time, I’d love to welcome you.
Why I’m bringing our community together
As we reach the end of October, I’ve been reflecting on the year. The things that went well, the things that took more out of me than I expected and the moments I wish I’d stopped to appreciate.
It’s easy to keep moving straight on to whatever needs our attention next. But before December gets busy, I wanted to put something in the diary for us.
I’d love to spend some proper time with you—to hear how you’re doing, have a laugh and enjoy the conversations we don’t always get to have through messages or on a screen.
That’s what this gathering is about.
What to expect at our London gathering
We’ll have a private room at Cinnamon Bazaar and four hours to settle in and enjoy being together.
You’ll have time to reconnect with familiar faces, meet fellow members of the AWMB community and get to know women you might only have spoken to online.
There’s no need to prepare an introduction or arrive with an impressive update. You don’t have to have had an amazing year to come.
Perhaps you’re celebrating something you’ve worked hard for. Perhaps it’s been a difficult few months and you’d enjoy an afternoon in good company. Either way, you’re welcome at our table.

Our end-of-year celebration takes place at Cinnamon Bazaar, 28 Maiden Lane, Covent Garden, London WC2E 7JS.
We’ll be gathering in our own private room, giving us a space to spend the afternoon together in central London.
And because it’s a Saturday, you could make a day of it. If you’re travelling from further away, why not stay for the weekend and enjoy London in the festive season?
