Parmi Dheensa: Championing Inclusion and Human Rights
Award-winning social innovator, humanitarian and disability rights activist Parmi Dheensa has dedicated her life to advocating for underrepresented communities and amplifying voices that are too often unheard.
As the founder of Include Me TOO, Parmi has become a leading voice in conversations around disability rights, accessibility, inclusion and representation.
Drawing from her lived experiences alongside her youngest son, a disabled and adventurous changemaker, Parmi has challenged perceptions and inspired thousands through her advocacy work.
Her story is one of resilience, courage and determination. It reminds us of the importance of creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard and valued.
During the evening, Parmi will share insights from her personal journey, her work as a human rights activist and why inclusive leadership is essential for building stronger communities.
Shivani Kenth: Building a Business with Purpose
We’re also delighted to welcome Shivani Kenth, founder of Zindiya Streatery & Bar.
Before becoming a successful entrepreneur, Shivani worked as a BBC producer. Like many aspiring founders, she faced the difficult decision of leaving the security of a successful career to pursue a vision she deeply believed in.
That vision became Zindiya.
Inspired by the vibrant flavours, culture and energy of South Asia, Zindiya has grown into one of Birmingham’s most loved Indian street food destinations, known for its immersive experience, bold menu and strong sense of community.
Shivani’s entrepreneurial journey is a powerful example of what can happen when passion, courage and purpose come together.
On the evening, she will share:
