At AWMB, we’re always looking for ways to make a real difference in our communities and in 2026 we’re proud to partner with Guru Nanak Aid as our charity of the year.
Guru Nanak Aid does incredible work supporting some of the most vulnerable members of society: elderly parents who have been abandoned or live in extreme poverty, families struggling to make ends meet and students in need of academic support. Their mission is simple but powerful: to ensure people live with dignity and respect.
Some of the amazing work they do includes
- Providing monthly pensions to marginalised Sikh elders
- Offering emergency relief in often-overlooked regions of Panjab
- Giving academic scholarships to students who need support
- Supporting housing development for impoverished Sikh families
At AWMB we are particularly committed to supporting smaller charities like Guru Nanak Aid, where our contribution can make a real difference and help them grow their impact. Throughout 2026 we will be supporting Guru Nanak Aid in meaningful ways
- Collaborations on initiatives to raise awareness and create impact
- Events to fundraise and highlight the charity’s vital work
- Donations to help provide direct support to those who need it most
