Our theme in the Inspire Club for June is “The Woman YOU Want To Be”. Members have been sharing their vision for the woman they want to be in the Club as we encourage each other to dream BIG, explore their purpose and break through the limitations placed on them. Delighted to share Kaveeta’s poem of the woman she wants to be.
The Woman I Want To Be
What is the woman I want to be?
Confidence is all that I can see
To be able to be comfortable in my own body and skin
Believing in myself through thick and thin
To connect with a like minded people that is so high in vibes
To share our stories and help one another is my kind of tribe
Say no to people pleasing
Seeking validation and approval would slowly be decreasing.
Surrender to the universe
Watching my self doubt disperse
Letting go and watching miracles happen
Is the only thing that I can imagine
Saying no is one of the things I do not find easy
Why is everything I believe is so hard to see?
But then I start believing in myself
I put all the things about me I do not need on a shelf.
This is the woman that I have been
But now it is time to throw it away and be seen
That is the woman who will be me
And that is the only woman I want to be
